Jong-Min Kim has built a diverse career in the fields of investigation, public policy, and international law. He served as a prosecutor for 20 years, holding various positions in the Ministry of Justice and the Prosecutor’s Office. Jong-Min also served as the Judicial Councilor at the Embassy of Republic of Korea in France and a government representative at the OECD Anti-Bribery Working Group as well as the UN Human Rights Council. During his tenure as an attorney, he handled numerous major criminal cases, including the humidifier disinfectant case and the state affairs manipulation scandal. He also served as a member of the Prosecutor's Reform Committee at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, and is an active columnist for various newspapers including the Korea Economic Daily, Munhwa Ilbo, JoongAng Ilbo, and the Law Times. Currently, he is also serving as a member of board of governors at KBS (Korean Broadcasting System).
