S&L Partners has launched the Legislative Support Center comprised of experts with extensive experience and insight in relevant fields. The Center aims to efficiently support the legislative activities of national government agencies, local governments, and public institutions and to provide legislative consulting and advisory services.

The Legislative Support Center provides a wide range of legislative support services, including the drafting and revision of laws and regulations at the national, local, and institutional levels, as well as consulting related to these matters. The Center also conducts research for the codification of new laws and legislative improvements, organizes academic seminars on topics such as legislative studies and legal policy, and commissions research projects on legislative design and legal policy issues.

The main services of the Legislative Support Center at S&L Partners are as follows:

- Improvement of national laws and local government ordinances
- Analysis of the constitutionality of laws and the history of legislative drafting and
   subsequent amendments
- Legislative policy consulting through critical analyses of related regulations such as
   higher laws and international treaties
- Evaluation of the feasibility of legislation, monitoring of progress, and provision of
   information
- Review of response strategies for legislation at various stage
- Review, analysis, and proposal of alternatives for regulations of public institutions

- Advised on the Amendment Bill for the Act on Promotion of Sports for All
- Provided research on the legislation for the establishment of a Doping Arbitration
   Agency
- Co-hosted an academic seminar on "Arbitration Systems for Resolving Sports
   Disputes”
