Summary

Suh-Young (Claire) Shin is a senior U.S. attorney at S&L Partners primarily concentrating on international arbitration, anti-corruption, M&A, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining S&L Partners, she worked at Baker & McKenzie as an International Tax associate in its Palo Alto office and at Shin & Kim in Seoul, Korea. Claire also worked as an adjunct professor at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea, teaching common law. Currently, Claire is acting as tribunal secretary to Mr. Benjamin Hughes in international arbitration cases administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre and DFIC-LCIA.
