Mr. Yong-Sup Kim received his Dr. iur. from the University of Mannheim, Germany after passing the 26th Bar Examination in 1984. He served as a legal practitioner and administrative appeals officer at the Ministry of Legislation. At Aram Law Firm, Mr. Kim has specialized in administrative appeals, administrative litigation, constitutional litigation, sports disputes, and mediation, and has been a full-time professor of administrative law at Chonbuk National University Law School for more than 20 years, where he has published numerous books and articles.
After retiring as a law school professor, he plans to provide specialized and differentiated legal services derived from his various activities. He has served as President of the Korean Administrative Law Association, President of the Korea Society of Mediation Studies, President of the National Public Law Association of Korea, and President of the Korea Administrative Law and Practice Association, where he organized academic conferences and promoted research. He is currently serving as a member of the National Assembly's Legislative Support Committee, a member of the Korean Bar Association's Legal Affairs Committee (Subcommittee on Public Law Review), Chairman of the Legislation Editorial Board of the Ministry of Legislation, a member of the Advisory Committee on Active Administrative Immunity of the National Audit Office, an advisor to the Korea Anti-Doping Agency, and a non-executive mediator of the Korean Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Commission.
